At Astrea (VIVI CO LLC), we want you to love your nail sets as much as we do. Because our products are personal-use beauty items, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify:

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
If approved, we will:

Replace the item with the same product (subject to availability), or

Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not possible.
We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preference,

Items opened, used, or in good condition,

Sale items or gift cards.
