Refund & Replacement Policy

At Astrea (VIVI CO LLC), we want you to love your nail sets as much as we do. Because our products are personal-use beauty items, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify:

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • Contact us at hey@astreanails.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item with the same product (subject to availability), or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not possible.

We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference,

  • Items opened, used, or in good condition,

  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
